- Sunscreens are beneficial all round the clock
- Sunscreens with an SPF of 25 or more suits the Indian skin tone best. Make sure they provide total sun block – both UV A and UV B protection
- Avoid sun’s rays between 10-3.00pm
- Completely avoiding being out in the sun could result in Vitamin D and Calcium deficiency. If you keep away from the sun at all times, have a supplement substitute planned out
